How signals are generated

A 3-layer filter prevents false signals and only surfaces setups where multiple indicators agree.

L1 Trend context

Four signals establish direction: intraday open-vs-now move, midpoint bias, EMA9/21 slope, and 5-candle micro-trend. Majority vote → UP / DOWN / FLAT. Indicators can only vote with the trend.

L2 5 indicator votes

Candle patterns, Bollinger Bands, RSI, EMA stack (9/21/50), and MACD each vote +1 bull or −1 bear. Minimum 4/5 votes needed. All votes are filtered by Layer 1 — a bull indicator during a DOWN trend is suppressed.

L3 Hard gates

ADX ≥ 22 (trending market, not ranging), Supertrend must align with signal direction, pivot zone must confirm. All three must pass — a 5/5 score alone is not enough.

T1/T2/T3 Three targets

T1 = 40% of index move (book 30% of position). T2 = 70% (book 40%). T3 = full target (exit all). Trailing stop-loss activates after T1 to lock in profits on the remaining position.
